You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
One Account Per Player: Operating multiple rapsabet accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
rapsabet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. rapsabet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Upon termination for cause, rapsabet may forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Upon termination without cause, rapsabet will return any verified balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.
You may close your rapsabet account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
